SOPHIA IS NOW 1 YEAR OLD AND HAS UNDERGONE MANY SURGERIES IN THE PAST MONTH. HER FAMILY IS STRUGGLING TO PAY THE MEDICAL BILLS AND IS REACHING OUT FOR HELP.
